Introduction

Norma Live is a powerful platform that supports you with your logistical planning operations. It deploys different planning mechanisms that empower you to effectively plan and control your resource routes and their assigned pickup/loading and delivery/unloading tasks based on your business model needs

Norma Live has different planning mechanisms:

• Live dynamic real-time planning: It adjusts plans in real-time, helping you make quick changes as things happen, ensuring your logistics stay flexible.

• Batch processing static planning: is like having a smart assistant that plans ahead for users. It looks at the user's order and the vehicles that can be used, then creates a solid plan for deliveries.

• Mixed mode planning: In simpler terms, Mixed Mode Planning in Norma Live gives users the best of both worlds. The user can charge and plan things themselves, and the system supports them by providing some helpful questions to make sure that the plan makes sense. Also, users can create a plan manually, and once it's done, it can be handed over to the autopilot (like a smart assistant). The autopilot checks the created plan, and if needed, it might rearrange the orders to make sure everything gets delivered on time.

• Manual planning: Manual Planning in Norma Live lets users take control and create their own delivery plan. It's like having a hands-on tool where users can design the plan according to their specific needs and environment.

Norma Live has a strong control tower that lets users see exactly how their planned routes are going. It does more by:

• Proactive Alerts: It gives early warnings if there might be delays in the future. This helps users stay ahead and manage things smoothly.

• Live KPIs and Dashboard: getting real-time performance indicators and a dashboard that shows you what's happening right now so users can make quick and smart decisions.
